I ordered the blood moon hoodie and the matching hat, so they sent me the correct hoodie but the hat was legit 100% purple so i sent them pictures and asked if i returned the hat if they could send me the correct one. They told me that i could send it back and get a refund for the hat because "all the hats are some version of purple or red" even though they are completely two different colors and nowhere in the description did it say anything about the color purple. All of this after i waited a little over 3 weeks for it to get here when i paid for priority and they kept ignoring my emails asking for a tracking number.
Honestly this brand isn’t worth the trouble. I’ve bought from them just under 20 times in the last couple of months and my experience can be summed up as:
-random delivery time: from a few days to never arriving at all (to Europe)
-items are of very average quality, think GAP or primark. Generic cotton, loose threads, LOTS of fluff comes off from their joggers. OVERPRICED
-items have that look and feel great on first wear, but get tight/awkward fitting with subsequent washes.
- customer service is the worst. I ordered a Halloween box in September 11th (still nothing 7 weeks later on Nov. 2nd)
They never gave the package to USPS at all, and after contacting them 3 times they blew me off with this email:
“ Thanks for reaching out!
We have no detailed information on the whereabouts of the package because USPS has had some delays with updating their information.
Let us know if you need anything else, Thanks!”
Don’t bother with this waste of time brand. Overpriced, underwhelming and not worth it.

Customer service is non-existant. They ran a sale and begged me thru advertising to participate. When I created an order for a hoodie, paid them with 10x more than the order amount in my bank account, they turned right around and cancelled my order. Claimed they "suspect it is fraudulent." No verifying the order, no putting it on hold until I verify; just straight cancelled. Wrote them back said I won't miss them if they're going to talk themselves out of the sale.
They have horrible customer service. Package was lost in the mail and they waited over three weeks to refund me. I didn’t want a refund bc I had purchased everything on sale. I then had to re order sans sale pricing. They also waited over a month to process a return and then told me it was returned damaged. I literally tried them on- what could have been so damaged? I love their clothes but they seem to really have a disdain for people. If that’s the case find workers who enjoy speaking with people and helping out, because clearly that isn’t the case now.
I ordered from them when the store was 50% off. My items were delivered in a reasonable time. However the quality of the clothes I've received are just bad. The leggings print cracked immediately and after 1 wash the middle seam in the crotch popped. The slides i purchased were already coming apart when i opened the box. You can find better quality clothes from discount places like tj maxx. Don't waste your money on this company better to get items off etsy for the same price and they care about the customer.
these people dont care about their customers. they literally took 3 months to finally get back to me about my $400 package that was lost in the mail. they didnt provide me with any real answers and had no empathy about the issue. instead they send me emails every week asking if i wanna buy more stuff from them that wont get delivered. they issued me a refund only after me doing all the leg work and hunting them down. they didnt reach out nor did they try to make the situation any better after hearing about my experience with their brand and shipping issues. instead they assured me i wasnt the only one and i can always place another order with them. instead of apologizing and making the situation better, they would rather brush people off and move on. were in a global pandemic. i couldve taken my business anywhere on the internet. never again will i go through this headache with these people
Cute clothes but good god the fit is terrible. I ordered a large pair of joggers and the waist is huge but the butt and thighs are far too small with a crotch that goes down to the knees. The return process is a garbage nightmare, especially in this day and age. Also bought a tree skirt that is much smaller than pictured and is made out of a cheap material. Won't be buying from this company ever again, don't waste your money.

I really loved their joggers at first, but I order the same size and they vary A LOT. My newest pair is super small and it will cost me return shipping plus $17 to exchange them. Seriously pissed. I've gotten super big joggers too, but I figured unfortunately I'd probably grow into them, but these small ones aren't comfy. Joggers definitely need to be comfy. Last pair I'll buy. Really bad customer service return policy.
I wish I could give zero starts because they gave me zero help. I ordered a $50 hoodie that never showed up and they said it was not their fault. Alright I get it, well USPS has been trying to help us out but since it came as first class there was no insurance on the package it cannot be refunded via USPS. At this point I want to cry. This is the first item I've bought from the company and I will never buy from them again. I have emailed their support SEVERAL times and they refuse to resend the item or refund my money and they refuse to even file a claim as a company on their behalf (for usps to give them their money back after they refund me). Their customer service is absolutely awful. Please just be cautious if you order from them, I guess.

Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky given the amount of negative reviews,but I’ve had nothing with excellent experiences with BCC. The shipping rates are a little high for it being a non-luxury us based company,but I’m willing to pay that for items I can’t find anywhere else. The most I’ve ever had to wait was around 10 days from the time of order,and the one time I had a bad experience with an item (hoodie started completely falling apart after one wash) was resolved within a couple of days after I emailed photos of the item,and received a prepaid shipping label to boot.
